Brandy Boyd, Paralegal and Office Manager

Brandy Boyd holds an associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan College. She has been the office manager as well as a paralegal for Knauss & Seaman for over three years. Her primary areas of responsibility include law office management, client response, scheduling, as well as legal research and litigation support. Brandy's skill in organization and client care is one of the many strengths of Knauss & Seaman. Brandy's dependability in discovery scheduling and litigation support is relied upon by the attorneys and appreciated by the clients.

Kate Gamble, Paralegal

Kate Gamble received her B.A. in Business Administration from University of Washington in 1983. She worked in the aviation industry for 17 years before becoming a paralegal. Kate has worked as a flight instructor and continues to hold a commercial pilot license. As an FAA-certified flight instructor, Kate worked extensively with the Federal Aviation Regulations.

Since moving to Port Townsend, Kate has been involved with the Port Townsend School District on a number of levels. She has served as Treasurer and Vice President for Grant Street PTA and as a member of the Mountain View Site Council. She was part of the Port Townsend School District Long-Range Planning Committee and most recently served on the District’s Architect Search Committee.

As a paralegal, Kate’s responsibilities include drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title reports, drafting and recording deeds, researching land use regulations, and drafting and reviewing trust and estate planning documents. Kate has also been involved with litigation issues such as arranging discovery, drafting memoranda, and drafting and filing court documents.
